Dr. P. E. Abraham is a *Renowned Integrative & Complementary Medicine Consultant specialised in the management of Asthma and other Allergic diseases. His objective is to help individuals achieve * Optimum Health*, which he defines as ‘freedom from all symptoms & freedom from all medicines, and enjoying Optimum Level of Health’.
After obtaining his MBBS from the University of Kerala in 1970, Dr. Abraham secured MD in Internal Medicine from the same. university in The year 1977. During his tenure as Assistant Medical Officer in the District Hospital, Kottayam, Dr. Abraham witnessed the severity of Asthma and other Allergic diseases. *As a young boy, he had watched his mother suffer often with Bronchial Asthma. This experience motivated him to find an ultimate solution for such diseases*.
Furthermore, his achievement of a Diploma in Asthma, Allergy & Immunology from Vallabhbhai Patel Chest Institute, New Delhi, in 1979, was a significant milestone in his career. *However, he soon became convinced that Allopathy alon cannot offer a complete cure*. Consequently, he resigned from his government position and established a clinic in Kottayam specializing in the treatment of Asthma and Allergic diseases.
Dr. Abraham further expanded his expertise by graduating in Homeopathy from England (M.F. Hom London). Following this, after receiving the title of Specialist Trainer in Yoga Therapy from Bihar School of Yoga, Dr. Abraham underwent an advanced training in Acupuncture (Sri Lanka), Vita-Nutrient Therapy (U.S.), Naturopathy, and Diet Management.
Exposure to diverse treatment modalities enabled Dr. Abraham to develop a novel system of medical management. This therapeutic methodology employs Integrative Complementary Medicine, characterized as ‘Simple, Complete and Harmless,’ and has facilitated Dr. Abraham in treating approximately 250,000 patients with chronic conditions. *His clientele includes patients from around the world, who have achieved complete cure and satisfaction through Complementary Medicine*.
Dr. Abraham’s pursuit of a total cure for chronic diseases began within his own family. *His son had an Allergic skin condition from which he was completely cured before he became a teenager. He himself had an allergic condition which he was able to overcome. The health they achieved and still maintain is a testimony to Complementary Medicine*.
Professional Experience
Dr. Abraham commenced his career as Assistant Medical Officer in the District Hospital, Kottayam, from 1977 to 1979. He augmented his professional experience as an Allergy & Asthma
Specialist at PNVM Hospital, Cochin, from 1979 to 1986, and as a Visiting Professor at the Homeopathic Medical College, Kottayam, from 1980 to 1983.
Additionally, he has served as a Consultant in Allergy & Asthma at Al-Hayat Complementary Medicines, Muscat, Oman, since 2000, and as a Consultant Physician at the Central Research Institute in Homoeopathy (Government of India) since 2006.

PUBLICATIONS
Dr. Abraham’s first book, “Asthma & Other Allergy Diseases,” was published in 1984, with the revised fifth edition released int 2005. Copies are available upon request. Another book, written in Malayalam, “Aasthmayil Ninnum Poorna Arogyathilekku” (“From Asthma to Complete Health”), was published by Manorama Publication and is currently available.
Dr. Abraham has received international recognition in the field
of complementary medicines. In February 2011, he was awarded for his overall contribution to holistic healing by London’s Royal College of Medicine, presented by Dr. Michael Dixon, the College Chairman and personal physician to King Charles. *In this connection, King Charles during his visit to India had a meeting with Dr Abraham and eleven eminent international doctors*.

Dr. Abraham is married to Dr. Susan Abraham M.B.B.S. formerly Chief Medical Officer of St. Mary’s Hospital, Mannarcad, Kottayam. She is presently working with Dr. Abraham at Sangamam Health Complex, Thekkumgopuram Jn., Kottayam. His son, Dr. Abel Manoj Abraham M.B.B.S., DOMS, is an Eye Surgeon in Muscat. His daughter, Meera Prakash, is an HR Manager in the IT Sector in Kochi.
